4.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pph90 is ₱20. pph90 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with pph90's current processing times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the pph90 platform without prior written consent.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph90 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
8.2 pph90's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pph90 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 pph90 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pph90 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to the Service.
9.1 pph90 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

10.2 Upon termination, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and applicable fees) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
10.3 You may close your pph90 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
11.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to pph90's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.
11.3 You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
12.1 pph90 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pph90 will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your account.
